The same discipline applies whether the work is an AI chatbot, a voice agent, an automation, or a web or mobile build. Each service page sets out its own detail; this is the pattern underneath all of them.
A free call, not a sales pitch
Thirty minutes, no cost and no obligation. You describe what is costing you time or customers, we ask about the systems involved, and you leave with an honest view of whether the work is worth doing — including when the answer is that a tool you already pay for covers it.
A written scope, then a fixed price
Every engagement is quoted as a fixed price against a scope you can read, agreed after the call rather than guessed on it. An over-run is our problem to solve, not yours to pay for. If the scope changes once work has started, we say so and re-quote before doing it, not after.
Built and tested the way the work demands
Automated tests running in continuous integration on every change, code review before anything ships, and a real device or a real conversation tested against edge cases before launch — not just a demo. What that looks like in detail varies by service and is set out on each service page.
Accounts in your name from day one
The repository, the hosting, the developer accounts, the telephony provider — whatever the project needs — are set up under your company, with us as an invited user rather than the owner. Ending the relationship means removing a user, not migrating off infrastructure that was never yours.
A defined path when something goes wrong
Agreed before launch rather than negotiated during an incident: what is covered, how quickly we respond, and what counts as new work rather than a fix. Every build has a named person to escalate to, and every failure we are shown gets fixed in the answer, not the excuse.
A UK team, UK data by default
Built and supported from Manchester. Where a project processes personal data, it sits in the UK or EU under a data processing agreement, and any model provider involved is named as a sub-processor rather than left implicit.
A trading history we cannot claim, and will not fake
Some agencies competing for the same UK searches list years of trading history, named clients and a project count on this exact kind of page. We do not have permission to publish client names, and inventing a track record we do not have is not something we will do, however it affects a search result.
What we offer instead is everything above: registrations that exist independently of us, a process you can read before you commit to it, and a free call where we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit — including when we are not.

How do we know BigBerri is a real, registered company?
Big Berri Limited is registered in England and Wales, company number 16562429 — searchable on the Companies House register, which shows the incorporation date, filing history and registered office. We are also registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under reference ZC119995, checkable on the ICO’s public register. Both are independent of anything we say about ourselves.
Do you offer a guarantee or a trial?
Not currently, and we would rather say that plainly than imply one exists. What we do commit to contractually is a fixed price against a written scope, code and accounts in your name from the start, and a defined support arrangement agreed before launch — which is a different kind of risk reduction to a trial period, but a real one. If that changes, this page will say so.
Why don’t you show client names or case studies?
Because we have none we are permitted to publish, and inventing them is not something we will do, regardless of how much a competitor’s page with named clients might outperform ours. What we offer instead is everything on this page: registrations you can check yourself, a process you can read before you commit to it, and a discovery call where we will tell you honestly if we are not the right fit.
Who actually does the work?
A small Manchester team, not an outsourced pool that changes project to project. We build and run our own AI products — Writford for UK solicitors and a WebMCP plugin for WordPress — so client work is built by people who ship production software themselves, not only advise on it.
What you can hold us to
Plenty of agencies close this part of a page with client logos. We do not publish any, because we will not put a name or a number on this site that we cannot evidence. What follows instead is what you can check in a public register, and what sits in the contract either way.
